Data processed and purposes
The platform processes data supplied during registration and data generated while using the learning services. Data is used to create and protect the account; manage enrollments, lessons, assessments, progress, certificates and support requests; and meet the organizational and legal obligations applicable to the training activities.
Provision and processing
The data requested in the form is necessary to create the account and provide the learning service. Processing uses information systems and safeguards designed to protect data confidentiality, integrity and availability.
Recipients and retention
Data may be processed by authorized personnel and service providers appointed to operate or support the platform. It may also be disclosed to public bodies or funding organizations when required by applicable obligations. Data is retained for the time needed to deliver and document the learning pathway and for any additional periods required by law.
Data subject rights
Where applicable, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Requests can be sent to adele.pezone@gruppomagistra.it.
